“This cocktail combines Guinness Stout, Baileys Irish Cream, a chocolate-mint mixer and a bit of cinnamon Goldschlager for a minty cookie taste.”

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1/2 ounce Stirrings Chocolate Peppermintini Cocktail Mixer
* 6 ounces Guinness Stout
* 1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
* 1/2 ounce Goldschlager

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients in a chilled half-pint glass.
2. Add hard oatmeal cookie garnish (optional).
