Cuervo Platino Pineapple Mojito Recipe

“Fresh pineapple and brown sugar warm up this new mojito made with Jose Cuervo Platino tequila. ”

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1 1/2 ounces Jose Cuervo Platino
* 4 slices fresh pineapple
* 8 leaves mint
* 3 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 splash soda water
* 1 muddled and squeezed lime

DIRECTIONS

1. Muddle brown sugar, mint leaves and pineapple slices in highball glass.
2. Add Jose Cuervo Platino, soda water and lime juice.
3. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and pour back into glass with ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple slice in a highball glass.
