Cantaloupe Berry Smoothie Recipe

“Cantaloupe and raspberries are blended with yogurt. This is great when cantaloupe is in season. Try it with strawberries in place of the raspberries!”
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 1/2 cantaloupe – peeled, seeded and cubed
* 1/2 cup plain yogurt
* 1 cup raspberries
* 3 tablespoons white sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. In a blender, combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
